At Inf1nity RC Cars, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return authorization slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
